Hem bu toplum \u00fcyesi hem de bu toplumu anlamak isteyenler i\u00e7in yeniden payla\u015f\u0131yorum. Elbette bana \u00e7ok soru soran arkada\u015flara da cevab\u0131md\u0131r..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 imamlar\u0131n sonuncusu Mehdi\u2019nin g\u0131yab\u0131ndan sonra Arap Alevileri ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015feyh ad\u0131 verilen din adamlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirmesi do\u011frultusunda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrler. \u0130lk zamanlarda 12 imamlar\u0131n veya yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 konumundaki bablar\u0131n talebeleri olan \u015feyhler ilerleyen zaman i\u00e7erisinde kendi talebelerini yeti\u015ftirerek Alevi inanc\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Olduk\u00e7a zorlu ve sanc\u0131l\u0131 bir yol izleyen bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 Alevi itikad\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flam temellere dayanmas\u0131 sayesinde g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar s\u00fcregelmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde d\u00fcnya tarihindeki siyasal de\u011fi\u015fimlerden Arap Alevilerine d\u00fc\u015fen pay katliam, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn ve ekonomik \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f oldu. Elbette rahat bir d\u00f6nem ge\u00e7irdikleri zamanlar da olmu\u015ftur. Bu zamanlardan bir tanesi Hamdaniler d\u00f6nemidir. Hamdaniler yakla\u015f\u0131k 900 &#8211; 1000 y\u0131llar\u0131nda merkezi Halep olan bir devletin kurucusudurlar. Bu d\u00f6nem belki de Alevi inanc\u0131n\u0131n bu b\u00f6lgedeki son m\u00fcreffeh d\u00f6nemidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arap Alevileri pek benzeri olmayan bir gelene\u011fe ve toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n nadir \u00f6rne\u011fini inan\u00e7 sistemlerine eklemleyerek bug\u00fcne gelmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu gelenek g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar aksamadan kutlanan bayramlard\u0131r. Ancak bu bayramlar herkesin kurban kesti\u011fi bayramlar de\u011fil, belli ki\u015filerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 aile bayramlar\u0131d\u0131r diyebiliriz. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde y\u0131l boyunca kutlad\u0131klar\u0131 bayram say\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fc a\u015fsa da bunun yan\u0131nda hayr\u012b, hasne ve nidr (adak) ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda yapt\u0131klar\u0131 hay\u0131rlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 az\u0131msanmayacak kadar \u00e7oktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din adamlar\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m sohbetlerde \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ekle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumu anlad\u0131m. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc on iki imamdan sonra yaz\u0131lan ve Ehli Beyt akidesini aktaran rivayetlerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitaplarda bayram say\u0131s\u0131 on &#8211; on be\u015f tanedir. Peki, bu say\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze geldi\u011fimizde niye artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun gerek\u00e7esi \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir. Ehli Beyt rivayetlerinde ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en ve kutsal kabul edilen g\u00fcn ve hadiselerin unutulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in olabilir. Ancak bana g\u00f6re ba\u015fka bir sebebi daha vard\u0131r. O da ya\u015fanan k\u0131tl\u0131k, a\u00e7l\u0131k ve zul\u00fcm dolu karanl\u0131k g\u00fcnlerin atlat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in toplumsal dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 daha sa\u011flam k\u0131lmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tabi ki Arap Alevi bayramlar\u0131n\u0131n muhteviyat\u0131n\u0131 bilmeyenler i\u00e7in \u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi anlatmakta fayda var. Arap Alevi bayramlar\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn bir y\u0131la yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f farkl\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde kurban kesilerek icra edilen bir gelenektir. Bunun yan\u0131nda \u00f6nemli g\u00fcnlerin kutlanmas\u0131, hayr\u012b, adak ve hasneler birer dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00f6rne\u011fidirler. Burada yine bilmeyenler i\u00e7in s\u00f6yleyeyim. Hasne dedi\u011fimiz hay\u0131r i\u015fi bir sokakta, mahallede veya b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan Alevilerin masraflar\u0131n\u0131 ortakla\u015fa kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131klar\u0131 bir kurban kesme rit\u00fcelidir. Hayr\u012b ve adak ise bir ki\u015fi veya ailenin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve genellikle a\u015f da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hay\u0131r i\u015fidir. Bayram ise tamamen farkl\u0131 ve kat\u0131 bir kurala sahiptir. Bu kural bayram kutlamas\u0131n\u0131 yapan ki\u015finin her sene bunu tekrarlamas\u0131 zorunlulu\u011fudur. Bu nedenle \u00e7e\u015fitli araziler veya akar getiren m\u00fclkler belli bir bayrama adanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bunlar herhangi yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir anla\u015fmaya ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Verilen bir ahd neticesinde olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Belli bir bayrama vakfedilen arazi veya m\u00fclk miras yoluyla veya sat\u0131\u015f sebebiyle el de\u011fi\u015ftirse bile bayrama olan aidiyeti devam eder. Bunlar\u0131 alan ki\u015fi de bilerek al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada yine dini arg\u00fcmanlara d\u00f6nmemiz gerekmektedir. \u0130slamiyet\u2019te hums ad\u0131 verilen bir kaide vard\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki vergi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 bir versiyonu olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Hums demek bir insan\u0131n ya da ailenin masraf, ia\u015fe ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zorunlu ihtiyac\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kazanc\u0131n\u0131n \u201cBe\u015fte Birini\u201d ortak hazineye ba\u011f\u0131\u015flama i\u015fidir. Bu kural Hz. Muhammed zaman\u0131nda kendisine, daha sonraki d\u00f6nemlerde halifelere \u00f6denmi\u015ftir. Ancak burada halifelik meselesinde Hz. Ali\u2019ye haks\u0131zl\u0131k yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na inananlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 vergilerini vermeyi reddetmi\u015f ve ayr\u0131 bir fon olu\u015fturarak fakir fukaraya da\u011f\u0131tmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hz. Ali\u2019nin g\u0131yab\u0131ndan sonra bu paylar imamlar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla toplanm\u0131\u015f 12. imamdan sonra ise \u015feyhlerin y\u00f6nlendirmesi sonucu hay\u0131r i\u015flerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ancak \u015feyhler hums denilen bu paylar\u0131 kendileri almam\u0131\u015f, zaman\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n\u0131n gazab\u0131ndan kurtulmak i\u00e7in hay\u0131r sahiplerinin bayram, hayr\u012b veya adak \u015feklinde kendilerinin yerine getirmelerini istemi\u015flerdir. Bana g\u00f6re bu sayede Arap Alevileri gelenek ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmalar\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihlerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc gizlenerek, fark edildiklerinde ise katledilerek ya\u015fayan Alevi toplumu yoksulluk ve yokluk y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 hali vakti yerinde olan az say\u0131daki insan\u0131n farkl\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bayramlarda pi\u015firdikleri hr\u012bse* sayesinde protein ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bence bu ak\u0131ll\u0131ca bir y\u00f6ntemdi. Art\u0131k tek bir lidere sahip olamamak bu toplulu\u011fun da\u011f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc di\u011fer topluluklar taraf\u0131ndan asimile edilmesi anlam\u0131na gelecekti. Ancak Ehli Beyt sevgisi ve dini akaitlerinde var olan insanl\u0131\u011fa hizmet etmi\u015f insanlar\u0131n kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair rivayetler bu gelene\u011fin bin y\u0131ldan daha fazla bir s\u00fcredir devam etmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaten kutlanan g\u00fcnlere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u0130slamiyet\u2019teki \u00f6nemli g\u00fcn ve olaylarda oldu\u011fu gibi Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlara ait \u00f6nemli g\u00fcn ve olaylarda ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde icra edilir. Hatta din adamlar\u0131 sohbetlerinde Eflatun\u2019u (Platon) anmalar\u0131 bu inanc\u0131n geni\u015f bir tolerans (ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc) gelene\u011fine sahip oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Demek ki insanl\u0131\u011fa hizmet etmi\u015f bilim adamlar\u0131 ve filozoflar inanc\u0131 ve \u0131rk\u0131 ne olursa olsun Allah\u2019\u0131n tevecc\u00fch\u00fcne mazhar olan \u015fahsiyetlerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ku\u015fkusuz Arap Alevilerinin en trajik d\u00f6nemi Yavuz Sultan Selim\u2019in M\u0131s\u0131r seferine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 1516-17 y\u0131llar\u0131d\u0131r. Yavuz, \u0130ran h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 \u015eah \u0130smail\u2019i destekleyeceklerini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek \u00f6nce Anadolu\u2019daki T\u00fcrk Alevilerini katletmi\u015f, ard\u0131ndan Suriye\u2019deki Arap Alevilerine y\u00f6nelmi\u015ftir. Bu katliamdan kurtulmak iki mucizenin ya\u015fanmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131yd\u0131. Birinci mucize insanlar\u0131n da\u011flara ka\u00e7arak gizlenmeleri, ikincisi \u015fehirde kalanlar H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda saklanarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bu sayede zul\u00fcm ve istibdat d\u00f6nemi atlat\u0131labilmi\u015f ancak Arap Alevileri bu y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n ac\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve travmas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca ya\u015famaya devam etmi\u015flerdir. \u00d6nderleri yok edilmi\u015f, okuryazar oran\u0131 neredeyse s\u0131f\u0131ra d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Kendi inan\u00e7 ve akidelerini dilden dile aktararak ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ezberleterek ayakta kalmay\u0131 ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elbette zaman ve de\u011fi\u015fen ko\u015fullar bir\u00e7ok ac\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rtm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131f muamelesi g\u00f6ren, asimile edilmeleri i\u00e7in sinsi bask\u0131lara maruz kalan bu topluluk hakk\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok yaz\u0131\u015fma ar\u015fivlerde durmaktad\u0131r. Cumhuriyetle birlikte g\u00f6receli olarak belli bir rahatlama olmu\u015f, Arap Alevilerinin okuryazar oran\u0131 gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusta y\u00fczde y\u00fcze ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f, eskiden k\u00f6le gibi maraba ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 topraklara sahip olmu\u015f, ticareti \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f ve ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131 iyile\u015fmi\u015ftir. Her ne kadar sistematik olarak devlet kademelerinde baz\u0131 zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lsa da g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde eski ko\u015fullar dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daha uygar ko\u015fullarda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 yads\u0131namaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bir ele\u015ftiri ve bir \u00f6neri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada kendimce bir ele\u015ftiri yapmak istiyorum. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte de\u011fi\u015fen ko\u015fullar nas\u0131l ki ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fime zorlam\u0131\u015f ve de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015fse, ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de baz\u0131 ko\u015fullar bunu gerektirmektedir. Konumuz bayramlar oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re bir iki noktaya de\u011finmeyi gerekli g\u00f6rmekteyim. Eskiden yokluk ve k\u0131tl\u0131k d\u00f6nemlerinde toplumun ayakta kalmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunan bayramlar elbette ki s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir. Ancak bayramlara vakfedilen arazi ve gayrimenkuller miras yoluyla olduk\u00e7a fazla say\u0131da b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f, aileler \u00e7o\u011falm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bununla birlikte eskiden bir yerde yap\u0131lan bayramlar karde\u015flerin \u00f6nemsiz ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn ve saatte be\u015fe ona \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kald\u0131 ki vakfedilen arazi geliri bayram\u0131n masraf\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamayacak duruma gelmi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 yerde \u00e7ok fazla kurban kesilip hr\u012bse pi\u015firilmesi sonucu artan yemekler ne yaz\u0131k ki amac\u0131n\u0131 a\u015f\u0131p d\u00f6k\u00fclmektedir. Bu durum haram oldu\u011fu gibi dinen ve ahlaken de caiz de\u011fildir. Bununla birlikte hali vakti yerinde olmayan bir\u00e7ok aile de mevcuttur. Onlarda kendilerini \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n r\u0131zk\u0131ndan kesip kazan kaynatmak zorunda hissetmektedir. Bayramlar g\u00f6steri\u015f ama\u00e7l\u0131 de\u011fildir. Yap\u0131lan masraflara yaz\u0131kt\u0131r. Dinen zorunlu ihtiya\u00e7lar kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131ktan sonra kalan gelirin be\u015fte biri hay\u0131r i\u015fine aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir diye bir kural varsa herkes buna g\u00f6re hareket etmek zorundad\u0131r. Bunu tayin etmek hay\u0131r sahibinin vicdan\u0131na kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Herkes g\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde yaparsa yap\u0131lan gereksiz masraflar\u0131n da \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilir. Zaten din adamlar\u0131 da illa b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015f hayvan kesilecek diye bir kural\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, maddi duruma g\u00f6re bir avu\u00e7 tuz veya bir par\u00e7a etin bile yeterli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131,hatta uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bayrama bir miktar yard\u0131m yapman\u0131n yeterli oldu\u011funu ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki hali vakti yerinde, geliri \u00e7ok iyi olan zengin ailelerin fakirlerle ayn\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kazan kaynatmalar\u0131 ne kadar do\u011frudur? Gelirin de\u011fil be\u015fte birini, y\u00fczde birini bile kar\u015f\u0131lamayan bu hay\u0131r i\u015fi yeterli midir? \u00d6yleyse art\u0131k din adamlar\u0131n\u0131n ve toplum \u00f6nderlerinin aralar\u0131ndaki \u00f6nemsiz ihtilaflar\u0131 bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131p \u201cvak\u0131f\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir araya gelmeleri zaman\u0131 gelmi\u015ftir. Bu vak\u0131f t\u00fcm toplumu kucaklayacak ve ayn\u0131 zamanda Arap Alevi inanc\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretecek \u015fekilde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelidir. Herkes hay\u0131r i\u015finden artan maddi gelirini buraya aktarsa daha iyi olmaz m\u0131? Bu sayede gereksiz a\u015f masraflar\u0131 daha faydal\u0131 i\u015flere kanalize edilir ve toplumun gelece\u011fi gen\u00e7ler bilin\u00e7le yeti\u015ftirilir.
