MP Bambos Charalambous is the current leader of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Alevis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the Questions session to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bambos.org.uk\/question-to-the-minister-for-the-middle-east-afghanistan-and-pakistan\/\">the Minister for the Middle East, Afghanistan and Pakistan<\/a> on 10\/03\/25, Mr MP Bambos Charalambous said that&nbsp; he is deeply concerned about recent attacks on Alawite, Druze, Christian, Kurdish, and other minority communities in Syria and&nbsp; asked the Minister to condemn these attacks and to outline what support the Government can give to these communities and whether he will condemn the attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr Charalambous will today march with British Alevi Federation during the urgent protest starting from the Downing Sreet to the Parliament in support and asking for the Alevi genocide to stop.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All- Party Parliamentary Group on Alevis was set up to recognise the important contribution that the Alevi community makes to British society; to ensure that British Alevis are represented in Parliament by giving them a platform to express their legitimate socio-political aspirations, so they achieve recognition for their rights and religion in Britain and overseas.
